PURCHASING A PAY-PER-STREAM:

Welcome to HETV Pay-Per-Stream, once you have made a selection, you will be transfered to the Sign-Up page for your event. On the Sign-Up Page you will be asked to enter pertinent information and to create a Username & Password. Once you click Submit, please check your email for a verification message. Use the enclosed link, to finalize payment for your event selection via Pay-Pal. By signing-up, you have created an account with HETV. Using your Member's Area Control Panel, you can purchase new events, check payment status, check on access expirations, etc. New purchases can also be made using the "Log-In" Button on the Event Information Page for existing HETV Members.

**Due to PayPal's Payment Format, you must select a Shipping Address to complete your payment.
You will not be charged shipping for your order.**

GET THE MOST OUT OF YOUR VIEWING EXPERIENCE:

- This site requires a Hi-Speed Internet connection ONLY (Cable or DSL).

- The latest Adobe Flash Player Plug-in must be installed. Check to see if you have the current version of Adobe Flash Player installed.

- We often recommended initiating a computer "restart," refresh your memory cache before viewing a Pey-Per-Stream.

- Due to the intense demands of streaming video on your system resources, it is recommended that only your web browser be open when viewing.

- Please refrain from downloading or engaging in other sysyem tasks that may require sharing resources when viewing as this may cause hesitation or frequent pauses (A/K/A Buffering).
